We do our best to ensure your purchase arrives on time and undamaged. For smaller package items our preferred carrier is UPS in the United States and Canada. Normal &#;ground service&#; is the standard means of shipping unless you contact us to make expedited shipping arrangements.
For Larger packages we will arrange the shipment to go LTL via our preferred carrier. In most cases the LTL service will include residential delivery charge. However, customer in remote location or oversized orders may not qualify for this service. Should this occur we will do our best to make alternative arrangements including customer depot pickup options or commercial delivery with forklift service.
Upon receipt or your order, immediately inspect it for damage. If you find obvious damage immediately report it to the delivery personal. Do not sign your delivery receipt without first inspecting your item(s).
